Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?+

Browse the collection, select your size, and add pieces to your Bag. When you're ready, open your Bag and proceed to Checkout. Sign in to your BabeJan account or continue as a guest, enter your delivery details, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online card and bank transfer options will be available soon.

Can I pay cash on delivery?+

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You pay our courier in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?+

You'll see a confirmation screen with your order number as soon as you place the order. Signed-in customers can view all order details under My Orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order?+

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp or call us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?+

We deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and smaller towns served by our courier partners.

How long does delivery take?+

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3–5 working days. Other cities: 5–7 working days. You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?+

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Promotions and free-shipping offers, when active, will be applied automatically.

Can I track my order?+

Yes. Signed-in customers can check the status of every order under My Orders. For tracking updates between dispatch and delivery, please message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?+

Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you to reschedule. If they're unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us — please respond promptly to courier calls.

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?+

BabeJan offers size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Sale items, intimates, and customised pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Can I exchange for a different size?+

Yes — size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you'd like, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer refunds?+

In line with standard practice across boutiques in Pakistan, BabeJan offers size exchanges only. We do not offer cash refunds. Please review the measurements on each product page carefully before placing your order, and reach out to our team if you'd like help choosing a size.

How do I start an exchange?+

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the new size. Our team will check stock availability and arrange a pickup where available.

Size & Fit

How do I choose the right size?+

Each product page lists detailed measurements. We recommend comparing them with a piece you already own that fits well. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the better choice.

Are your sizes true to standard?+

Our sizes follow standard South Asian sizing. Specific measurements (bust, waist, hip) are noted on each product page for accuracy.

What if the size doesn't fit?+

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. See our Exchanges section for details.

Product Care

How do I care for my BabeJan pieces?+

Care instructions vary by fabric and are listed inside each garment. Generally, we recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning to preserve the quality and finish.

Are the items machine washable?+

Some pieces are machine washable on a delicate cycle. Always check the care label inside the garment before washing.

How should I store my clothes?+

Store your pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For delicate fabrics and embellished pieces, we recommend hanging garment bags.

How do I create an account?+

Click the profile icon at the top right of any page and choose Sign Up. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster.

How do I reset my password?+

On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Where can I view my order history?+

Sign in and visit My Orders to see every order you've placed with BabeJan, along with its current status.
