BabeJan delivers across Pakistan, including major cities and smaller towns served by our courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified and can follow its status under My Orders.

Estimated delivery times:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi — 3 to 5 working days
• Other cities and towns — 5 to 7 working days

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad — Rs. 250
• All other cities — Rs. 500
• Free shipping on orders over Rs. 15,000

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method and is available nationwide. You pay our courier in cash at the time of delivery.

Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives, and make sure the phone number on your order is reachable so our courier can contact you to coordinate delivery.

BabeJan offers size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging

Sale items, intimates, and customised pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

To request a size exchange:

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 336 670 0659 within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the new size
3. Our team will confirm stock availability and arrange a pickup where possible
4. Once we receive and verify your return, the new size will be dispatched
